Introduction

This Agreement governs the use of all digital products and services provided by the Alhadiyyah Educational Platform, including books, apps, educational media, assessments, games, and any other digital products.

Use of any of the Platform’s services, or the purchase or activation of any digital product, constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

License Scope

Alhadiyyah grants the user a personal, limited, and non-exclusive license to use the digital products for educational purposes only.

This license does not grant any right to transfer ownership, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit the content.

Covered Products

This Agreement covers all digital products and services provided by the Platform, including:

• Alhadiyyah Book.
• Alhadiyyah Interactive Book.
• Alhadiyyah Talking Book.
• Educational Apps.
• Educational Media Library.
• Assessment System.
• Educational Games.
• Teacher’s Guides.
• Stories and Songs.
• Any future digital products.

Permitted Use

The digital products may be used for:

• Personal Learning.
• Teaching children.
• Use within authorized Educational Institutions.
• Carrying out Educational Activities.
• Tracking the Learner’s progress.

Prohibited Use

The user may not:

• Copy or republish the content.
• Share the account or activation codes without authorization.
• Resell or rent the products.
• Use the content to develop competing services or products.
• Attempt to bypass the Platform’s security measures or gain unauthorized access to its systems.

License Management

Each license is linked to the account on which it was activated and may not be transferred to another account except through methods approved by the Platform.

The Platform may regulate the number of devices linked to an account and take the necessary measures to prevent misuse of licenses.

Educational Institutions

Educational Institutions may use the products according to the type of license granted to them and are responsible for managing their associated accounts and ensuring that licenses are not shared outside the institution.

Intellectual Property

All products and digital content, as well as the copyrights and trademarks of Alhadiyyah, remain the property of their respective owners, and their use is subject to the Intellectual Property Rights Policy and this License Agreement.

Suspension or Termination of the License

The Platform may suspend or terminate the license in the event of a violation of this Agreement, misuse of the products, account sharing, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Amendments to the Agreement

Alhadiyyah may amend this Agreement when necessary, and the version published on the website will be the governing version.
